Job Description and Mainly Responsibilities:
Support regional sales leader deliver clear FCST and facilitate Funnel reviewAnalyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities for improvementCollaborating with cross-functional teams such as Finance, legal, supply chain, trade compliance etc. to streamline processes and improve efficiencyProviding support and guidance to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectivesSupport QTC work, such as Preparation of tender documents, contract management, maintain customer account, price quote application, complaint and other related work.Other task assigned by line managerMinimum Qualifications (must have):
Bachelor’s degree or above, biologics or same industry background preferred.3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related fieldProficiency in CRM systems and other data analysis tools, i.e SFDC, Power BI etc.Excellent interpersonal and communication and bargain skills.Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking.Independent thinking skills and a strong sense of responsibility is mandatory.Ability on generating future work plan base on business target.
