As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will report to the Inside Sales & Customer Experience Manager and collaborate closely with sales leadership and the wider team by overseeing the SAP/CRM system, analyzing sales performance data, and optimizing sales processes.

 

GETTING TO KNOW THE POSITION 

 

The Sales Operations Analyst will primarily focus on the maintenance of the sales systems ensuring accurate data entry, system configuration, and troubleshooting to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales team. Through collaboration with the sales team, you will also present clear, data-driven recommendations that inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.

 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

 

SAP/CRM System Administration & Optimization

Oversee the SAP/CRM systems as a Super User, ensuring data accuracy, system optimization, and streamlined workflows. Identify and implement improvements in sales systems processes (e.g., order entry, invoicing) to enhance operational efficiency across the Sales and Customer Experience Team.

Sales Analytics & Reporting

Develop, maintain, and manage sales performance reports and dashboards to provide real-time, actionable insights. Produce detailed reports on market trends, competitive landscape, and product performance to support data-driven decision-making.

Sales Performance Evaluation & Strategy Alignment

Regularly assess sales performance metrics and strategies, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales leadership to define KPIs, set objectives, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis

Gather, analyze, and communicate market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer demand trends to inform sales strategies and product development. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic adjustments for market positioning.

 

You will be expected to :

Improved data accuracy, consistency, and system configuration. Streamlined sales processes that increase productivity and reduce administrative time and operational delays (e.g., order processing, invoicing). Accurate sales forecasts that support inventory planning. Proactive decision-making to optimize sales strategies and opportunities for business growth. Support for incentive programs that motivate the sales team and boost performance.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE ?

 

3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support in a SaaS company Technical proficiency in SAP and business intelligence tools Strong project management and follow-up skills Competency with relational databases and SQL queries Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally Substantial understanding of B2B sales and marketing process and how it relates to the overall objectives of the company Demonstrated problem solving, negotiating skills and conflict resolution
