As a Sales Operations Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, optimizing sales processes, and managing CRM systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

This is a hybrid position 3/2 days in the office.


Your key responsibilities will be the following:

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Reporting: Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement solutions to improve productivity and effectiveness.Sales Team Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the sales team, including assistance with sales forecasting and pipeline management.CRM Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.Forecasting: Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.

What is required to be successful in this role:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a sales operations or similar analytical role.Skills:Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power Bi, Excel, or CRM software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Professional fluency in Dutch and English
