About the role:
Be a trusted business partner to key stakeholders across the APJ sales leadership teamSupport the sales forecasting process and drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboardsEstablish reporting and dashboards that focuses on providing actionable insights and to track progress against strategic and growth initiativesDevelop analytics/models to influence and support business decisionsProvide first-tier support for systems primarily managed by Sales Operations such as Salesforce.comDrive data integrity and hygiene within Salesforce.com and other systemsDocument and create knowledge repository on tools, processes and best practicesAssist with key deliverables during the annual sales go-to-market planning and budgeting cycleAssist in the validation of monthly comp reportingSupport the preparation of business reviews and management presentationsDevelop best practices for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and operational efficiencySupport strategic growth initiatives and projects globally and in the APJ regionProvide enablement to the field on tools, processes to drive operational excellence.About you:
Is based in Japan with full working rightsIs fluent in Japanese and English, including written and verbal10+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, strategy and planningHigh level of initiative with having bias towards actionComfortable with presenting to all levels within the organizationExperience interacting with senior stakeholders within the organizationExperience working in high-growth, performance focused environmentsExcellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision makingPositive attitude and flexibility when faced with fast-paced, complex challenges, a motivated self-starter with a high energy levelDeep Salesforce.com expertise and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools such as Tableau and Clari.Proven skills at cultivating strong working relationships and working well within a team and across functions to learn and share knowledgeYou share our values on the Four I’s (Innovation, Integrity, Individuals and Impact) and work in accordance to those valuesSailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.
