This is an entry-level opportunity great for individuals interested in finance, business, HR, data analysis, or data management. This role will be hybrid (1-4 days per month) out of our King of Prussia, PA OR Orchard Park, NY office.
Job Overview
They are responsible for the operational support of Go To Market sales teams to enable sales personnel to spend more time focused on client facing activities and prospecting. This role supports customer relationship management activities, pricing support, proof of delivery, and other operational tasks that support sales activities.
Essential Functions
• Preparing and Quality control of Statements of Work
• Management of Salesforce opportunities (BNF, Credit Memo, Updating of Stages and Forecast Category, Adding/Updating of Products and Revenue Allocation, etc)
• Management of project setup (Accomplishing Pricing Assistants for Resource Hours and Budgets, Creating Projects for Resource Assignments, etc)
• Attend pipeline calls with Account Managers and perform Salesforce and PSA updates post-call
• Help in strategic planning with Account Managers
• Coordinate with internal teams (Contracting, Finance, Sales, etc) to ensure smooth processing of opportunities
• Coordinate with internal client contacts and admins and maintain relationships
• Prepare Sales reports, and other ad hoc reports for Account Managers
• Maintain the team’s repository ensuring process and area information is up to date
• Support process improvement / continuous improvement activities
• Accomplish other ad-hoc tasks as the business needs
Qualifications
Completed Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, business management, finance, communications, or related fieldMust be local to either the King of Prussia, PA or Orchard Park, NY office0-2 years of working experience.
