Sales Operations Analyst II
Job Description Primarily be responsible for processing new product sales orders for the inside sales group within the assigned TEL US business unit Maintaining a sales activity database that includes the date of order and when the part was shipped to customers Tracking product orders and following-up with TEL/factory Japan to ensure that the product orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner Attending sales staff meetings and makes presentations as warranted Maintaining confidentiality and security of customers, products, and materials Following up with customers to resolve billing issues as needed The Sales Processing Coordinator may assist Product Sales Specialists with creating new business and obtaining sales orders for assigned company products Some positions may delegate tasks and/or supervise nonexempt administrative support staff Ability to clearly communicate with customers and other TEA employees is required Performs other related duties as assigned We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
