The Sales Operations Analyst II position will provide strategic business analytics and sales reporting for both internal management and the field sales team. This position will fulfill both lead and support roles in the development, execution, analysis, and presentation of market-relevant information to facilitate planning, decision making, and measuring of Breg's business. The Sales Operations Team partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care and Operations Teams, and is responsible for driving automation and enhancing all areas of support for assigned Business Unit (BU). Work performed by this function is confidential and requires a high degree of accuracy, personal integrity, and professionalism.
Your day will be very busy… you will:
Manage, analyze, and resolve data-related issues. Develop and design Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics to track and use for commercial enhancements. Compile data from a variety of applications, systems, and sources to create/summarize for analysis. Perform advanced data analysis to solve business problems or service requests using SQL and other similar tools. Contribute to the efficiency and improvement of the organization by identifying, resolving, and eliminating process problems.Create data quality metrics and reporting to validate and enforce operating and key control activities.
Identify areas of improvement for data quality and help resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, and/or process design strategies.
Provide data consulting in support of both business and Information Technology initiatives to improve sales performance, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, Master Data Management, and KPI management.
Develop and maintain quota/goals/compensation/alignment model(s) to support BU initiatives.
Support collection and maintenance of KPIs.
Build, automate, maintain, and report metrics and dashboards for various levels of leadership and teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance and other functions.
Support Leadership by providing analytics to aid in decision making.
Interface with business users to define analytical, metric and reporting requirements.
Act as a liaison between the Business Intelligence team and other teams supported by Sales Operations (e.g., Sales and Marketing).
Perform statistical, financial and/or operational analysis and modeling from data mining and presents findings, trends, or business recommendations. Provide forward-looking analysis for BUs to gain insight on forecasting, business trends, and budgeting needs. Answer reporting requests using Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI.What your background will be:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Math or other quantitative disciplines. At least 2-4 years of related work experience in the MedTech industry is preferred . Strong analytical and technical skills are required. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables), MS Access, MS PowerPoint, ERP systems, SQL, CRM systems and database extraction required. Excellent attention to detail required. Established ability to work cross functionally with various departments. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.What we can offer you...

Salary / Pay Range:
$72,000 - $85,000/year plus bonus eligibility
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
