Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst III

Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst III who will contribute directly to our mission in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who excel at implementing world-class solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between sales/customer and all relevant internal teams (CSR, Planner, B2B, CAM, product management, tech support, customs, credit & collections, service, price maintenance, inter-divisional, etc.)Process all inbound blocking issues from the BID Sales Team via phone, email, and chat.Effectively communicate resolutions directly to end-customersConduct Quote & Order research and resolution, Order EntryProactively manage Open/Stuck OrdersAssume full ownership and accountability of the order admin functions for a set group of BID sales districts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in sales operations, preferably within the IT sector.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.Ability to determine and implement flawless solutions under strict deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-paced environment.
