Job DescriptionThe Sales Operations Analyst will analyze sales data, developing reports, and providing relevant insights to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team. Your role will involve close collaboration with sales leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and to implement strategies that increase revenue. You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and will work remote from home.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Reporting: Maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to monitor goals, sales metrics, and team performance.Process Optimization: Evaluate current sales processes and workflows. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.Data Accuracy: Support Sales organization in maintaining accuracy from deal closure to final billingCRM Management: Assist in the administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure understanding and support for sales plans.Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on tools, and best practices to enhance performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related roleProficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions), SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, or a similar tool)Work collaboratively in a team environment and experience balancing multiple projects.Additional InformationPerks:
