Sales Operations Assistant

How you Will make a difference Update and maintain CRM data, including leads, pipeline management, and customer contact information. Create reports and dashboards to support sales forecasting and performance tracking. Conduct regular data cleaning to ensure CRM systems are up-to-date and accurate. Assist in preparing monthly ales and revenue forecast reports for the executive team. Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and identify trends. Generate detailed reports and manage databases, presenting findings to stakeholders clearly. Participate in sales-related meeting to capture priorities, notes, and next steps. Field emails or calls from leads and schedule client meetings promptly (within 24 business hours). Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve internal and external communication processes. Develop and implement best practices for data governance and standards. Research prospective leads using tools such as LinkedIn and company databases. Create contact lists and assist in client prospecting efforts.Review and ensure payments for revenue share agreements are processed for both existing and new opportunities. Perform regular audits to monitor and maintain data quality. Resolve discrepancies in sales data efficiently. Lead initiatives to continuously improve and optimize system workflows and processes. What you Need to make a Difference Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience with CRM tools, HubSpot strongly preferred. One (1) year experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred. Proven experience working within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
