Performs work associated with processing customer orders.
\nEssential Duties:
\n\nReceives and verifies purchase Trading company orders. \nReceives and verifies purchase orders for select key customers.\nEnsures product availability prior to order processing. \nReviews orders for completeness, ensuring that all incomplete orders are forwarded for further processing. \nEnters the appropriate customer and billing information on order forms. \nDrafts invoices, contracts, and other shipment documents. \nMonitors delivery dates. \nResolves customer complaints regarding order processing issues. \nKeeps track of product inventory and alerts relevant departments when supplies run low.\nNew Item request liaison – ensures product does not already exist.\nCoordinates yield tests with production.\nCompiles all completed information for Category Management for new item submittal. \nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:
\n\nHigh school diploma or GED\nOne or more years of related experience\nKnowledge of meat a plus \nStrong organizational skills \nAbility to multitask\nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.\n\nCorporate Summary:
