About the teamGlobal Deal Management’s (GDMs) primary goal is to ensure operational excellence across deal cycles, increase revenue through the development of transformative commercial constructs, and drive closure of Stripe’s Account Executive managed portfolio. GDM’s reach is widespread across Stripe, not exclusive to one sales segment or geographical region; GDM drives change across go-to-market, positively impacting Stripe users and cross-functional teams.

What you’ll doStripe is launching Stripe Delivery Centers - a brand new global team to design, implement and grow Stripe’s operations for the next decade. In this role, you will be responsible for operationalizing the internal controls required for our revenue contracting processes. This is an important role, including supporting deal approval frameworks and governance enforcement.
Responsibilities Complete deal approval workflows including support and management of approval matrices, use of standard operating procedures, and administration of approval tooling Maintain quality control of custom negotiated agreements prior to release within internal service-level agreements or time-based deadlines Triage Deal Review requests and manage approval processes Support revenue contracting controls to ensure new products and commercial constructs are contracted correctly Quickly build credibility and trust with internal customers Provide strong operations and communication skills Analyze our processes and instigate changes to help scale our operations and improve user experience Work closely with other Stripe teams to improve our business Gain unique insights into how thousands of businesses on Stripe scale and operate Have an opportunity to learn how Stripe operates from ground up and make a real impact on the future on organization Be a part of building a brand new team and operational culture for Stripe Partner with global operations specialists or business process owners to run a critical workflow Who you areWe’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
