**Job Summary**
Responsible for building end-user content, maintaining process flow updates, gathering requirements, supporting testing activities, and executing standard business analyst responsibilities tailored to Sales Operations. Your role will contribute to optimizing sales processes, enhancing efficiency, and maximizing revenue generation.

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and update process flows related to sales operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and facilitating efficient sales processes.
+ Gather and document business requirements from sales stakeholders, translating them into actionable insights to drive process improvements and enhance sales effectiveness.
+ Provide support for testing activities within sales operations, including test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking, to ensure the quality of sales-related deliverables.
+ Support development of comprehensive end-user content, including user guides, manuals, and training materials, to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance in the context of Sales.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue enhancement.
+ Assist in developing and implementing sales enablement initiatives, including sales training programs, tools, and resources.
+ Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and technologies related to sales operations and business analysis.
+ Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all aspects of work.
