The Sales Operations Coordinator, Fleet is a highly organized associate with strong attention to detail. The Sales Operations Coordinator, Fleet provides support to the sales organization by managing our North America commercial fleet process with detailed communication, proactive planning, problem solving to identify stopgaps, implementing standard processes, and supporting Sales Operations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide rapid responses to our commercial organization providing them with a high level of service, focusing on meeting sales requirements and managing fleet.
Commercial Fleet Program
Manage fleet component of new associate onboarding for North America commercial teamManage fleet schedule to provide proactive servicePrompt attention to organize replacement or rental vehiclesAct as a primary point of contact between fleet management company and commercial organization for North America (United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Trinidad and Tobago).Partner with Procurement team to monitor and track current service and performance of fleet management company against contract obligations.Provide monthly reporting to our Finance organizationManage the leasing company’s fuel and maintenance programs and monitor for savings opportunitiesReview and investigate monthly fleet invoices prior to approvalManage the selector process and the replacement schedules for vehicles including specialty vehicles, monitoring costs by considering mileage, residual value, and accessibility of new vehicles, to provide a yearly savings to ChemTreat.Partner with EHS, Accident Management Company, and Insurance company regarding accidentsCoordinate with our legal department regarding lawsuits.Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
