Sales Operations Coordinator

Every day, more than 4,000 of us are challenging what's possible and making headway to help improve outcomes. **Job Summary:** The Sales Operations Coordinator will support Integra's Sales Organization and independently contracted distributors & Direct accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. The primary responsibility includes executing daily sales orders in accordance with company guidelines, monitoring & coordination for correct inventory levels in the region, managing daily shipments & deliveries and related SOPs with the 3PL partner. **Key Responsibilities:** **Order Execution & Coordination:** + Provide timely, responsive service to customers, adhering to Integra's service standards. + Process customer orders efficiently + Interface with the sales team and distribution centre to resolve order-related issues. + Prepare and verify invoices, ensuring pricing accuracy and timely revenue recognition. + Follow credit and compliance protocols, ensuring accuracy in order processing. + Coordinate daily with the 3PL provider to ensure on-time delivery of orders. + Confirm shipment and provide necessary documentation to customers. + Monitor tenders, special programs, and manage dealer-initiated orders. + Process sample stock requests and assist in managing unbilled revenue by supporting the Sales team. **Demand, Planning & Inventory Management:** + Collaborate with the distribution centre and Global supply chain to maintain appropriate safety stock levels in India. + Coordinate shipment of incoming material from the distribution facilities, including certificates, labelling, and proper customs documents + Liaison with Customs House Agent for Customs Clearance. + Assist with demo equipment logistics. + Work with relevant teams to process complaints and returns effectively. + Collaborate with Demand Planning team as POC for India. + Support cross-functional teams in inventory-related tasks, inventory replenishment proposal validation and billing order issues. **Other Responsibilities:** + Facilitate Finance and QA audits with cross-functional stakeholders. + Handle other related ad hoc assignments as required. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. + **Experience:** 3-4 years in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Operations. + **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel. Experience with Salesforce, Oracle/SAP, or Surgisoft is a plus. + **Language Skills:** Fluency in English and Hindi (or another Indian language). + **Other Skills:** + Strong attention to detail. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Strong time management and communication skills. + Experience in the medical device or healthcare sector is preferred. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to the India Supply Chain Operations Manager and coordination with the International Customer Service Supervisor. DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position. + Bachelor's degree in business studies + 4 -5 years' experience in Sales Operations- Customer Service, Demand Planning, Imports or Inventory Management & Warehouse Operations + Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with proficiency in MS Excel. + Previous SalesForce.com, Oracle/SAP and or Surgisoft experience a plus + Ability to problemsolve and think logically + Detailed oriented + Medical Device or healthcare experience preferred. + Indian and English language skills required. + Strong written and verbal skills + Demonstrates strong time management skills + Ability to work with minimal supervision
