Jones Stephens is currently seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate Sales Center calls and/or emails against established expectationsDocument call and/or email quality issues and performance observations for management reviewDocument performance issues and provide regular reports on overall performance against key KPIs and trendsIdentify and support other opportunities for quality improvement across the teamDevelop materials and process documentation to support training, as neededRecommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operationsAdhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and proceduresDelivers prompt, professional customer service to internal and external customers, including price sheets, contract review, contract management and addressing customer issuesDrives all contract review activities, provides multipliers and special pricing, investigates price discrepancies, and addresses customer issuesAnalyzes, and reports data related to  Sales productivityManage pricing from matrix (price relevancy) and customer contracts within sales group assignedEnsuring alignment and compliance with strategic pricing initiatives across sales vertical to focus on gross margin growthCollaborates with Legal to ensure adherence to rep contractsPrice Increase review,  work with Sales Ops Mgr  to capture SKUs to increaseMaintain up-to-date Rep List of contact information and territory cross-reference. Share to Marketing any changes to email contacts

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferredPrior sales/call center experience in the areas of training and/or call and/or email quality is preferredIndustry experience is a plusUtilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data analysis functions, to organize, analyze, and interpret complex datasets effectivelyDemonstrated ability to provide constructive feedbackAbility to maintain a high level of professional communication at all levelsProficient in ExcelStrong analytical skillsCritical thinking skillsA competitive drive; self-starter

Pay Range:

$19.47 - $31.74

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
