About the role Reporting to the Commercial Planning Manager for Penfolds, this position supports the Penfolds ANZ Retail & On-Premise teams and plays a critical role in optimising sales processes, enabling commercial teams, and driving operational efficiencies to support revenue growth. Note: This is a part-time (0.8) 10 to 12 months fixed term contract + Manage Pack Centre & Lithocraft Warehouses, ensuring stock availability and efficient distribution of sales tools and POS materials. + Coordinate logistics for in-market activities, including sample stock and point-of-sale materials. + Assist in commercial planning to align Penfolds’ activity with strategic objectives, ensuring cohesive execution across sales and marketing. + Support strategic projects, including stakeholder engagement, timeline management, and data analysis. + Deliver sales and marketing communications, including commercial calendar updates and performance metrics reporting. + Collaborate with sales teams to optimise territories, call frequencies, and opportunity management, driving commercial excellence. About you You are a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for optimising sales operations and driving commercial success.
