Sales Operations Intern
SALES OPERATIONS INTERN     ABOUT YOU: Join our Sales Operations team as an intern and gain hands-on experience supporting the strategy and execution behind our Yearbook and Smallbook product lines. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, you'll take on a blend of structured projects and open-ended challenges that mirror the work of entry-level professionals in sales ops. From analyzing data to creating roll up summaries, your contributions will make an impact. This internship is a unique opportunity to build practical skills, explore the sales operations function, and play a key role in our team’s success.   YOU WILL: Sales Support. Assist the Sales Operations team with key initiatives, including the Small Book transition to Salesforce (SFDC) and updating SFDC dashboards to align with strategic goals. Project Execution. Contribute to project management, reporting, and dashboarding efforts, while helping design inside sales processes and preparing contact loads. Strategic Planning. Support Yearbook sales planning, Rep Rank tracking, and the development of roll-up summaries for leadership and enablement training direction. Performance Analysis. Participate in modeling the new business pace for rep sales plans, test account plans, and analyze/set up pacing for Ad Services and Copy for School Year '26. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work with teams across YB Finance, Data Science, B2B/B2C Marketing, IT/SFDC, and Sales Management, using tools like SFDC, Incorta, and Excel.   YOU HAVE: Experience. Preferred work experience in an office setting. Education. 2+ year college student or recent graduate with degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Math/Stats, Economics or similar program. Min 3.5 GPA on 4.0 Scale. Preference for majors in a quantitative or marketing field (Marketing, Math/Stats, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Data Science or similar). Preferred engagement in college clubs aligning to major and/or future career. Drive. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize for greatest impact. Technical Skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new technical tools and applications. Great Communication Skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well both individually and in a team. Strong interpersonal skills.   LOVE WHERE YOU WORK: We believe in flexibility.
