Sales Operations Internship
We have an opportunity for a Sales Operations Intern to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. As an Intern Sales Operation Support in the Fire\nDetection, Public Address and Voice Evacuation Business here at Honeywell,\nyou will play a n important role in supporting our sales operations and\nensuring the smooth functioning of our business. You will work closely with the\nsales team, providing administrative and operational support to drive sales\nefficiency and effectiveness. Your attention to detail and collaboration skills\nwill be essential in maintaining accurate sales records, supporting sales\nactivities, and assisting with customer inquiries. This is an excellent\nopportunity to kickstart your career in sales operations and contribute to the\nsuccess of our Fire Business. You will report directly to our Senior Inside\nSales Specialist and work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid\nwork schedule. This internship position is a fixed-term contract with a duration of one year. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and\nproviding timely responses;Provide administrative and operational support to the\nsales team;Coordinate sales activities and assist with order\nprocessing and shipment tracking, return of materials;Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth\norder fulfillment;Assist in the organization of sales events (in person and\nvirtual) and trade shows.
Key skills and qualifications:
Technical education (electrical, electronics, automation,\nbuilding services..);Attention to detail\nand accuracy in data management;\\Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;Proficient English Skills.
