AAA has an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Operations Lead Analyst Team for a 10-week internship.  Interns should have a career aspiration and passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Interns will actively participate in program contributing to meaningful projects and work closely each week with the Document Composition Team.

About the Roadways College Internship Program:

Over the summer program, interns receive tools and resources for their growth and development that will help them prepare for the current and future workforce, including:

Understanding how to align business strategy with key objectives and initiativesUsing behavioral and communication tools to enhance their personal imageDemonstrating flexibility, agility, and the ability to respond effectively to changeCultivating relationships to increase collaboration and build trust

What You’ll Do

You’ll develop and administer new and existing programs impacting service delivery and quality, member benefits, employee performance, internal/external performance management and service provider compensation/incentive payments.You’ll assist with development and preparation of annual budget, goals, and objectives. As well as provide monthly forecasting and effective budget updates.You will implement individual portions of the strategic business plan. Assess, evaluate, and recommend alterations to the business plan as needed.You’ll develop and maintain databases of programs, initiatives, and vendors.You will create internal and external reports on expenses, internal and external incentive programs, initiatives, performance goals and results, including ad-hoc reports as needed.

What You’ll Need

Must be a rising or graduating Senior enrolled in a college/university with emphasis in computer science, engineering, mathematics or any analytical.A self-starter with the ability to communicate and work effectively in teams and cross-functionally.To thrive in this role, you have ongoing experience in business operations, business administration, or finance.You possess advanced experience with Excel and Access.You have organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and meet project deadlines as set by management.You have the ability to produce recommendations and proposals and delegate and oversee projects and assignments to other employees as directed.

Internship Eligibility:

Must commit to the entirety of the program; June 9th  through August 15thMust commit to working full time, 40 hours per weekMust be willing to commute to the office daily

Starting pay for this internship is $27.00 per hour.
