Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Operation & Reporting Manager to join our Commercial Operations team. This role is essential in supporting one of our fastest growing Sales group with their contracting processes and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. This is a highly critical role that will influence decision making with our business partners based on data and while streamlining processes.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. May be assigned as needed to duties not listed here:
Process Improvement:
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contracting efficiency.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management and reporting.
· Implement processes that enable accurate tracking of Dental Service Organizations performance (DSOs) along with other members of the team
Report Generation:
· Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to meet the needs of various departments.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in all reports.
· Develop a reporting vision for the Special Markets (SM) team which clearly articulates the performance and growth of that Sales group.
· Support SM team with their quarterly business reviews with dental customers
Data Analysis:
· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements.
· Clearly articulate the performance of various DSOs and ROI, making recommendations on contract renewal pricing
· Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Data Management
· Maintain and update reporting databases and systems.
· Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms.
· Work with cross functional partners to ensure customer are tagged correctly in CRM and Oracle system to enable accurate reporting
Collaboration and Support:
· Work closely with Special Markets Sales team to understand business needs and tailor reports accordingly.
· Provide guidance and support to SM team regarding their QTD performance and areas of growth.
Job Requirements:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience in sales reporting and/or sales operations, preferably within a health care or dental company.Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAS)Experience managing/leading peopleCandidate must reside within a commutable distance to our corporate office in Brea, CA. Must be able to work a 'hybrid' schedule. "Remote" is not an option for this role.Preferred Skills:

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
