We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to lead our TASKI TCS service operations across Europe — delivering customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and after-sales growth. You’ll coach regional leaders, streamline processes, and scale performance through strategic alignment and innovation.

TASKI is the machine equipment division of Diversey, providing a full suite of floor-care solutions—ranging from scrubber-driers and single-disc polishers to vacuums, sweepers, carpet cleaners, steam cleaners, and even robotic cleaners.

These machines are engineered for high performance, durability, and ease of use across various settings like healthcare, education, retail, foodservice, and industrial sites

What you’ll do

Lead and inspire regional teams to create a high-performance culture.Boost customer satisfaction by enhancing TCS KPIs and service delivery.Shape and execute our European TCS strategy in line with global goals.Optimise leasing, rentals, fleet management, engineering services, refurbishment, consumables & spare parts workflows.Oversee European fleet operations — driving uptime, reducing costs, and leveraging data insights.Manage and elevate third-party service provider performance.Unlock after-sales revenue through service offerings and consumables.

What you’ll bring

3+ years as a Service Manager in an international setting.Proven leadership and coaching skills.Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills in English (German/French a plus).Collaborative mindset with cross-functional experience.
