About the Role

We are seeking a commercially focused Sales Operations Manager to play a critical role in executing our sales strategy. In this role, you will support the Head of Sales in enhancing efficiency across our sales team by gathering, analysing, and reporting on key data. Your insights will be instrumental in helping the team achieve revenue goals and refine sales processes for maximum impact.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, the broader sales team, and other leaders to provide key insights and execute both strategic and ad hoc projects. From managing our Salesforce CRM to developing sales materials and forecasting reports, your contributions will significantly influence internal and external conversations and drive overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Salesforce CRM from a sales perspective, working closely with the Salesforce Administrator to drive improvements, deliver clear data, and implement reporting and automations for the sales team;Ensure alignment across sales processes within the CRM, driving governance and consistency across different teams;Extract and analyse data from various business databases, providing insights and recommendations to improve opportunity management and sales hygiene;Collaborate with the Head of Sales and Marketing Team to develop sales materials and aids, enabling the sales team to meet their KPIs;Partner with the Finance Team to develop accurate forecasting reports, continuously improving pipeline management processes for better accuracy, predictability, and qualitative insights;Support the analysis of sales team performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation;Foster strong working relationships between Sales, Implementation, and Client teams, promoting teamwork and collaboration;Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven track record in sales operations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience;Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of sales operations processes critical to driving results;Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com;Solid understanding of sales techniques and processes;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail;Ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships in high-performance environments;High emotional intelligence, enabling you to effectively challenge, direct, motivate, and coach salespeople;Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) services environments and/or SaaS models (preferred but not essential).
