Sales Operations Manager
**Cohesive** **Sales Operations Manager** **Location:** + US + Office / Hybrid / Home-Based **Position Summary:** The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the success of Cohesive America’s sales function to accurately inform the business and ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of the sales team. The role is highly collaborative with sales, marketing, finance and leadership and is intended to help drive sales success as well as to help inform the business on strategy, results, and needs for the sales function. The position may or may not include managing direct reports based on the skills and aspirations of the candidate and the evolving needs of the business. **Key Role Responsibilities:** + Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals + Measure and evaluate sales performance and pipeline activity + Develop and optimize sales processes and metrics + Ensure the accuracy of CRM data and compliance with CRM updates + Run and refine existing reports and dashboards to continuously improve data quality and integrity + Prepare sales reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership + Provide regular and timely observations of trends with recommended actions and reporting + Lead assigned initiatives that improve sales performance and scalability + Collect and organize sales collateral and marketing materials + Identify and organize product and sales training materials, research reports, and useful references for the sales team + Provide onboarding training for new sales colleagues + Provide support for proposal approval process and escalations **What You Bring to The Team:** **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, related field, or relevant training and/or experience **Knowledge/Experience** + 5+ years of sales operations experience (preferably in professional services) + Very high written and verbal communication skills – upstream and peer to peer. + Skilled at working collaboratively as well as influencing peers and leadership. + Ability to develop and implement processes. + Experienced in creating sales reports, dashboards and analyzing trends. + Experience creating processes in IBM Blueworks is useful + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively + Experience managing sales automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM) + Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams + Personnel management experience desirable + This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, office, hybrid, or home-based in the US. + Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions. + Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ).
