We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales team. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and strategic insights, supporting a fast-growing, global, multi-product organization. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for improving reporting predictability, analyzing business trends, automating certain sales processes and shaping the strategy that aligns with our growth objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will:

Drive Business Rhythm: Oversee key operational activities, such as Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and regular reporting on sales performance, ensuring alignment with the business objectives. Forecasting & Quota Management: Lead the development and analysis of sales forecasts, comparing performance against quotas and key metrics, using advanced CRM and analytics tools. AI Implementation Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions to improve sales processes, data analysis, and reporting. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with teams such as Finance, Marketing, AMS, Customer Support, and external vendors to align sales strategies, reporting processes, and data systems. Sales Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable sales processes and mechanisms to support business growth. Drive efficiency across the sales organization. Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide quantitative analysis on the performance of sales teams, customer segments, market trends, and product success, helping the leadership team make informed decisions. Issue Resolution & Process Improvement: Identify gaps in reporting, data integrity, and processes, driving resolution in a timely manner. Proactively implement solutions to streamline operations. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate sales performance and operational updates to a broad audience, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple regions. Ad Hoc Projects: Manage and contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed, including those involving sales growth strategies, tools implementation, or process automation.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Operations or similar role in a high-growth, multi-geographical, and mid-to-large scale tech sales organization. Process Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design, refine, and implement sales processes, workflows, and systems that support a rapidly scaling organization. Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to analyze large and complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, as well as Excel and data visualization platforms. AI Enthusiasm: Interest or experience in exploring and implementing AI tools to optimize sales operations and reporting processes. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills (English), with the ability to articulate complex data trends and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders across different time zones and regions. Problem Solver: A proactive attitude in identifying operational challenges and leading initiatives that improve sales performance and data reporting integrity. Team Player: Ability to work closely with sales, finance, marketing, customer support, and technical teams to drive alignment and operational efficiency. Additional Skills: Experience with business intelligence tools, sales automation systems, and managing vendor relationships.
