WHAT YOU WILL DO:

\n

The Sales Operations Manager will optimize sales processes, ensuring a smooth execution of sales strategies, and improve overall team efficiency. This position involves overseeing sales analytics, managing CRM systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and operational success. Job duties include:

\n\n\n\nSales Process Optimization:\nDesign, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve sales productivity and efficiency.\nEnsure sales team adherence to established processes and identify areas for improvement.\nStandardize sales methodologies and reporting structures across the organization.\nData & Sales Performance Analytics:\nTrack and analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor team effectiveness.\nProvide actionable insights to sales leadership based on data analysis.\nDevelop and maintain forecasting models, pipeline reports, and revenue dashboards.\nCRM & Sales Tools Management:\nOversee the administration and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce).\nManage other sales technology tools and ensure their effective use (e.g., sales enablement platforms, lead scoring tools).\nEnsure data integrity in sales systems, and regularly audit data quality.\nProposals and Contract Management:\nManage the proposal and contract flow for new business, renewals, and changes in scope or price.\nSales Forecasting & Reporting:\nOwn the sales forecasting process, collaborating with sales leadership to create accurate sales projections.\nProvide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue attainment.\nAssist in developing annual sales plans and setting quotas for sales teams.\nCompensation & Incentive Plans:\nIn collaboration with HR, design, implement, and manage sales compensation and incentive plans to motivate the sales team and align with business goals.\nEnsure accurate and timely calculation of commissions, bonuses, and other incentive payouts.\nRegularly review compensation plans to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nWork closely with the finance, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales processes with broader company goals.\nCollaborate with marketing on lead generation, qualification, and nurturing strategies.\nAct as a point of contact between sales and finance to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate revenue recognition.\nSales Training & Onboarding:\nDevelop and implement sales training programs and materials to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.\nManage the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.\nFacilitate regular training sessions on sales processes, tools, and best practices.\nQuota Setting & Territory Management:\nAssist in setting sales quotas and territory assignments based on market potential and sales team capacity.\nReview territory performance and adjust territory definitions as necessary to maximize revenue.\nSupport the sales team with data and insights to drive territory growth.\nChange Management & Sales Strategy:\nDrive adoption of new sales strategies, tools, and processes within the sales organization.\nOversee change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to sales operations.\nProvide strategic guidance to sales leadership on process improvements, system enhancements, and performance optimization.\nOther job duties as assigned.\n\n\nYOUR MUST HAVES:\n\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.\n3 or more years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.\nAdvanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nProven ability to drive process improvements and implement change.\n\n\n\n

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

\n

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
