Sales Operations Manager

What You Will Do:

Work closely with leadership to oversee a smooth, effective sales process that drives growth, with a focus on three key areas: 

Sales Team Engagement:

​Collaborate with growth leaders and customer relationship executives to support strategic business development efforts, establish and manage forums to exchange ideas, and radiate best practices to the broader organization 

Collaborate with leadership on recruiting, onboarding and performance management of sales team 

Plan review sessions for senior leadership and growth organization to discuss key pursuits and programs 

Increase Productivity:

Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales processes, streamline and optimize the sales process, and implement sales automation tools 

Utilize data to perform root cause analysis and inform actionable insights 

Identify opportunities for intelligent automation and tech-enablement of key steps in the sales process  

Sales Administration:

Support sales strategic planning, budgeting, and administration processes 

Support CREs in strategic account planning  

Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly/annual commission process 

Who You Are

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 

Ability to define and manage initiatives and communicate progress to build stakeholder buy in

Six (6)+ years of relevant experience, including sales, training, and/or project management 

Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite 


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Prefer, in-depth knowledge of the sales process for advisory, digital and managed services to commercial and public sector clients
