About the Opportunity
Sales Operations Manager based in Mexico City, is responsible for making sure we sustain WeWork’s growth by focusing on the value propositions, product offerings, and member experiences and touchpoints that matter most. We work closely with our sales and marketing teams for Latam Region, along with a broader set of cross-functional partners to test, incubate, and scale our perspectives.
Responsibilities
Driving overall sales productivity and effectiveness through a consistent and predictable business cadence (Forecast Process, Hygiene CRM, Reporting, Pipeline, Account deals reviews, etc.)
Articulate to accelerate rapid growth, execute key business strategies for sustained growth, demonstrate cross-functional leadership that drives agreed business objectives/outcomes, and deliver insights and drive innovation and simplification of the sales process to the business in general.
Development and implementation of sales objectives, quota setting and annual management, marketing organizational structure and associated sales hierarchy to maximize sales productivity, cross-functional leadership (creates peer support and strong internal company relationships with other management personnel key to supporting the transaction flow process.
Build dashboards via Salesforce and BI tools to supervise, manage, and provide insights on critical metrics
Develop models and analysis to support our decision making and strategy
Translate strategy into specific business initiatives, develop operational plans, execute, measure, and iterate
Build presentations for team meetings with Sales initiatives
Coordinate global partners for centrally-led initiatives
Partner with the Sales, Marketing, Community, Real Estate, People, and Finance teams to identify new sales strategies and other opportunities to continuously improve the Inside Sales organization’s impact and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's with a major in Finance, Economics, Business or other quantitative focus.
Advanced in English C1.
+4 years of experience managing teams.
4-6 years of total work experience in Banking, Consulting, Financial Services, or Sales Operations; ideally work experience leading a breadth of projects
Availability to work on-site.
Experienced with customer acquisition, growth strategies, and operations.
Ambitious and a “growth hacker” mentality.
Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Naturally curious and proactive in learning.
