When you join Worldpay, you join a global community of experts and changemakers, working to reinvent an industry by constantly evolving how we work and making the way millions of people pay easier, every day.

About the team
Our Commercial and Sales teams create value for businesses of every size and industry – from globally recognized brands to new start-ups. They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers.
What you’ll own:
The Sales Operations Manager oversees a team of Sales Ops Analysts who are essential in navigating deals through our internal sales process. These analysts work closely with our commercial and central function teams, such as Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Credit, Legal, and Boarding, to ensure deals progress smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. They provide critical support to our sales teams, enabling them to concentrate on closing deals rather than handling administrative tasks.
Additionally, they contribute valuable insights for process improvements and ensure new processes are effective on both regional and global scales. This enhanced support increases productivity, allowing our sales teams to focus more on high-value activities.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Ops Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Develop and maintain sales process improvements and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with functional group leadership and manage relationships with commercial and operational stakeholders.
Provide training and support to the sales team on processes, tools, and best practices.
Monitor and report on sales performance, offering insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM and other sales systems.
Manage sales operations projects and initiatives to support business objectives.
What you bring
2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations (or equivalent operational roles), or a related field.
Proven ability to coach and develop junior team members.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand nuances across metrics and build a compelling commercial narrative around data.
Clear and proactive communication skills (both written and verbal); able to listen and collaborate effectively while being confident and assertive when necessary.
Significant experience engaging with business executives on a strategic level.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp new and potentially technical topics and then communicate this information clearly and simply to diverse audiences.
Proactive and strategic thinker, capable of anticipating issues and planning accordingly.
Commercially focused, with a strong desire to drive excellent business outcomes.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to build and leverage strong networks, both internally and externally.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems (technical knowledge not required).
Experience in a cross-functional role requiring alignment across different senior parties.
