Your Impact

We need a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Manager to join the Cloud & AI Sales Enablement team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and operational management of global sales programs that support our CAI go-to-market strategy. This includes cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure all campaigns are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Develop and manage the 6-month global sales campaigns execution plan in partnership with platform, AI, and geo activation leads.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align demand generation and enablement activities with business goals and strategic priorities.Lead vendor engagement, including scoping deliverables, acquiring Cisco-compliant Statements of Work, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.Own the procurement process by submitting SOWs through Ariba/SmartBuy and handling the purchase requisition through purchase order (PO) completion.Execute sales program milestones, ensuring campaigns launch on time and meet defined performance benchmarks.Oversee post-activity processes, including gathering proof of performance, processing invoices, and managing approvals via internal systems.Minimum Qualifications3–5 years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, or marketing operations.Experience working in a large matrixed organization, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, SmartBuy).Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Cloud and AI technologies is a plus
