As the Sales & Operations Resource Balancing Leader, partner with cross division stakeholders to facilitate problem solving on key capacity resources across the GE Aerospace Supply network. These stakeholders include all product line teams, services divisions, Sourcing, Integrated Manufacturing, and capacity/readiness teams. Build and facilitate a prioritization process for key resources inside the S&OP process, driving alignment between multiple customer divisions and providing clarity of requirements for production planning at said constraint. Consume output of Supply orderbook reviews, capacity growth plans, strategic supplier commits, and priority calls and translate into engine unit volume calls through partnership with Master Scheduling organization to drive accuracy in our signals.
Participate as a key member of the S&OP core team with a focus on Supply capacity data and standard work management. This includes building and implementing standards, leading improvements, and execution of the monthly S&OP Supply cycle. Work in conjunction with Supply Chain focal points in all part families and product lines to support resource level constraint management. This will include driving visibility of actions required or committed to increase output at key resources. Build and maintain a measurement process to drive accountability of constraint owners for timely problem solving. Build and implement a standard for Resource capacity modeling and coach others to build accurate capacity models for resources impacting multiple product lines.

+ Coordinate complex, cross-functional execution to achieve business level impact
+ Communicate across Supply Chain, Product Operations and Digital Technology with ability to clearly and concisely present to senior leadership.
+ Standard Work generation, validation, and maintenance
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Production, or Materials Management).
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Production, or Materials Management
