Job Summary: 

The Sales Operations Project Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business goals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sales operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall sales performance.Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Partner with Sales Enablement team to provide training and support to sales teams on new processes and tools.Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, or a related role.Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MarTech tools.Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
