Sales Operations Representative

THE ROLE:

Sales Operations (60%)

- Execute business operational process (business workflow, such as contract, order, billing, payment, logistics etc.) with connecting into company's related system, such as salesforce.

- Build, run, and analyze reports and dashboards for users and managers

- Review all incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to company bookings and revenue recognition guidelines

- Communicate with logistics team to ensure all orders are shipped by scheduled ship dates

- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and relevant training materials

- Respond to ad hoc requests from various teams, regarding reports, processes, requests for assistance, and or general support.


Sales Admin support (25%)
• Collaborate with Sales, marketing, channel, legal and finance teams to execute, align and review the result of programs. Support teams with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report preparation
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing agenda materials
• Any other tasks requested by Sales Team Leader.

3. Office Admin Support (15%): General admin/reception support for the Korea office
• Manage office cleanliness and organization to create a productive work environment Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available for staff Order, stock and maintain all pantry snacks, beverages, machines, catering as necessary Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation Coordinate travel and meeting logistics for training, project reviews and management visits traveling from and to Korea. Provide support with expenses, vendor invoices, and office operations tasks



Qualifications:
1. You should possess a minimum of an undergraduate degree or equivalent with 3 years or above of relevant experience in Sales Admin, Marketing and executive assistant role preferably in the IT ore related industries.
2. You should also possess data analysis ability and good business acumen be detail and data driven be good at excel and PowerPoint.
3. Have good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
4. Fluent in English with good written and verbal communication skills
5. High sense of responsibilities, service mindset, and details oriented.
6. Excellent professional ethics, honest, reliable, and discreet.
