The Selling Partner Recruitment and Success (SPRS) organization identifies and recruits the brands and products our customers want and helps drive their success by ensuring a strong start on Amazon. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be partnering with SPRS Sales, Learning & Development, and the extended Sales Strategy and Operations team to provide strategic business insights and support business growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will learn and be curious about market trends, customer needs, and competition, and identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) we should be working towards to deliver on overall business objectives. You will establish processes and mechanisms, develop understanding about internal Amazon systems, build strategies for optimization and automation, and play a critical role in driving goals. You will have deep experience in sales processes and tools and reporting analytics to assist in supporting a world-class sales team. The ability to comprehend both quantitative and qualitative data points, connect the dots, and create executive-level content is critical to be successful in this role.
Key job responsibilities
The key job responsibilities in this role will include but not limited to
1) Proactively analyze business development processes and mechanisms for sub-optimal performance, with a focus on defect reduction and increased productivity
2) Manages relationships with cross-functional and external partners
3) Drives Paragon experience with continuous Paragon optimization
4) Resource building like wiki and other repositories
5) dashboard creation, data reporting, and data analysis
6) Own Account Rep(AR) Experience agenda, covering (i) AR Education, such as trainings and workshops, materials standardization; (ii) Development of Tools for ARs, as well as influencing other teams to develop features needed, (iii) Monitor seller satisfaction surveys
7)Plan, design, and oversee the tactical execution of key initiatives, building and managing roadmap to achieve results
8) support ad hoc projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
- 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using paragon, Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience working in Retail or third-party sales
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $131,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
