Sales Operations Specialist | Makati City

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales activities including prospecting, developing, selling to new customers while increasing revenue from existing customers. Contact potential or existing online sellers, customers, to inform them about our LBC products, service or offerings. Provide products and service education and sales support to prospective customers, online sellers. Answer questions about products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Assist in entering, updating customer information in the system or assisting in activations Handle customers concerns in case any or coordinate with respective units Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Analyze the customer needs and interests, determining which products or services are appropriate based on their needs. Work in conjunction with Marketing, Sales support and Management to establish a communication path with the customer to make sure sales opportunities for products services. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, developments government regulations that effect target markets. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
