About the Role
In this opportunity as Sales Operations Specialist, you will:
Act as the principal liaison for sales, providing comprehensive understanding of content/product offerings, business policies, order processing, and entire operational procedures. Assist in resolving issues efficiently.Cultivate and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders to promptly address minor concerns and enhance proficiency in Salesforce, Order Process Sales Tool, Tableau, and Power BI.Facilitate administrative sales activities, including extracting prospect contact data for cold calling initiatives and monitoring the status of Marketing Qualified Leads.Oversee account assignments based on territorial alignments and ensure the accuracy of account data within Salesforce.Prepare and compile detailed sales reports for utilization in strategic sales meetings.Conduct training sessions for team members on sales processes and system utilization.Manage and maintain the sales content repository and ensure the accuracy and relevance of internal documentation.職務内容:

About You
You’re a fit for the role of Sales Operations Specialist, if your background includes:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of success.Proficient with technology, including experience with sales tools and Excel spreadsheets.Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Proactive mindset with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, collaborating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.要件とスキル:
