About the Role

In this opportunity as Sales Operations Specialist you will: 

Support achievement of regional sales goals and operating efficiencies. Drive discussions for Go to market review aiming to optimize the cost of sale and increase sales attainment.Partner with internal teams (such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Customer to Cash and others) to implement the commercial plan defined with the business. Establish and manage internal committees to increase the alignment level on the organization.Provides input and drive operational process for territory analysis, quota setting and compensation planning to Sales leadership. Manage the quota setting definition by sales rep and compensation implementation processes.Design and drive discussions to implement improvements on the sales compensation models and recognition programs. Analyze and approve additional rewards for all the businesses in the Region to enhance sales performance.Drive global consistency of the sales process and negotiate agreed variances via global process forums.Creates and maintains the operating rhythm for each business in the Region, ensuring pipeline and forecast management to enforce great discipline within the business management model.Act as a focal point for performing impact analysis of sales initiatives for the business leaders.Manage key relationships with central teams, corporate functions and go to market teams.Drives improvements in processes and tools, including capability measuring, performance tracking, account planning, opportunity management, etc.Collaborate with the business to define training and communication materials appropriate to the successful deployment of sales strategy and procedures.

About You

You are a fit for the role of Sales Operations Specialist if your background includes:

Previous experience with sales operations teams and structures/sales excellence in multinational companies.Previous experience working in the technology sector is highly desirable.Previous experience in driving sales forecasts to lead the company to exceed its targets.A completed undergraduate degree is mandatory, and an MBA/postgraduate degree is desirable.Fluent English is a must.
