Their team manages a network of high-impact LinkedIn creators, handling everything from brand partnerships to content operations and business expansion. As the go-to general manager for B2B creators, they've helped their clients achieve significant milestones including 1.4M followers, 100K newsletter subscribers, and 50K monthly podcast downloads.\n
Why does this role exist?\nThis position exists to support our expanding creator network by managing both business development initiatives and day-to-day operations. We need a skilled professional who can handle high-priority sales communications while ensuring smooth operational execution across our creators' various business units, including their podcasts. This role is crucial in maintaining our high-touch service model while scaling our impact for creators.
The Impact you'll makeSales & Business Development\nManage LinkedIn DMs and email communications for brand partnerships\nExecute outbound sales efforts through LinkedIn\nIdentify and qualify potential business opportunities\nPodcast Operations\nCoordinate with podcast guests and manage follow-up systems\nOversee guest communication and scheduling\nEnsure smooth podcast operations workflow\nProject Management\nBuild and maintain training decks\nManage invoicing and billing processes\nCoordinate with various stakeholders and vendors\nOperations Optimization\nImplement and manage CRM systems\nUtilize ChatGPT for operational efficiency\nStreamline communication processes across platforms\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in sales operations or business development\nExperience in building and creating sales training materials\nDemonstrated experience in podcast guest management and coordination\nProven track record in project management and operational optimization\nProficiency with LinkedIn for business development\nExperience with CRM systems and invoicing tools\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n
