Job Description
This role supports the Opportunity to Order function within the Siemens DI SW Organization.
This role will apply the Opportunity to Order (O2O) understanding with specific knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex and varied tasks.
The role will typically operate under supervision, however will perform his/her tasks independently in the areas of quote creation, proposal generation, order packet validation, process and tools, global policies, pricing agreements, sales forecasting and tracking as well as Partners.
Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an Opportunity to Order role.
Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires supervisory instructions only on new assignments.
Preferably Dutch speaking.
7 month fixed term, permanent role with the chance of it being extended.
Requirements:
+ Providing guidance to enhance the efficient and accuracy of contractual and business processes.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for sales-members on procedural matters.
+ Ensure accurate and organized documentation of contractual obligations and internal processes.
+ Coordinating internal workflows and system processes; support sales-members in using the systems and the order processing workflow.
+ Collaborating proactively with sales-members to anticipate customer questions and complaints, offering solutions, or, when necessary, directing customers to the appropriate department.
