FORVIA - HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Specialist. This corporate level role plays a critical function maintaining our contracts and invoicing as well as connecting our OEM partners with our product management and sales team members.

Daily Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and coordinate all master contract and invoicing activities between our sales department and our OEM partners.Employ problem solving strategies for our sales operations team within the guidelines of Forvia Hellas procedural and systemic standardsTracking and securing the cash flow, reporting the status to the responsible departments and initiating appropriate measures with the involvement of the specialist departments and heads of external sales organizational units in the event of delaysResponsible for the operational management of internal sales activities and the identification of improvements, for example with regard to contract management and customer analysisUnderstand the Forvia Hella product and technology portfolio and the overall business picture to recommend ideas to increase business
