Sales Operations Supervisor

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 15 to 20 sales support professionals. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow management, and drive process improvements. You will be responsible for analyzing data, optimizing sales tools, and implementing best practices to consistently achieve company goals. As a key link between sales leadership and the broader team, the Sales Operations Supervisor monitors performance, provides focused coaching, and identifies areas for improvement using data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
+ Manage the day-to-day work of a team, providing guidance, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring productivity.
+ Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training of newly hired Sales Support staff.
+ Provide coaching and training on an individual basis and through regular team meeting to ensure standard operating procedures are being followed, and error tracking management.
+ Aid field sales leadership in the implementation and execution of business strategies, operating procedures, and marketing plans.
+ Supervise Sales Support staff in the effective implementation of the Company's pricing initiatives, accurate reporting practices, implementation of standard operating procedures, and accuracy in data entry into TRUX system.
+ Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Company's available services, lines of business, pricing structures and sell additional services to existing commercial and industrial clients, including total waste stream management, as appropriate, to grow targeted revenue and contribute to Company goals and objectives.
+ Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market analysis.
+ Perform statistical reporting and analysis for Sales Department
+ Work cross functionally with other departments to align sales strategies and ensure smooth customer experience.
+ Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
Skills required:
+ Proficient in data manipulation and interpretation to extract actionable insights from sales data.
+ Understanding of sales methodologies and best practices for optimizing sales funnels.
+ Expertise in using CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer data.
+ Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives.
+ Effective communication to convey complex data insights to sales leadership and team members.
+ Identifying and resolving issues within sales operations to maintain efficiency.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Education & Experience:
Required:
+ Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in sales or management
