Job SummaryThe objective of the Sales Operations Supervisor is to guide and lead efforts with the Order Management Team to reduce order fulfillment time, reduce transactional times, reduce costs, ensure overall customer satisfaction, and to continually improve communications, product fulfillment, and processes to ensure Sales Operational efficiencies.  Must have an in depth understanding of order processes and be able to clearly communicate them and identify areas for improvement.   Developing visibility to key metrics that measure our effectiveness in managing the Order Book is important for this role.  Will work directly with many different departments to problem solve and/or coordinate the needs of the Sales organization and manage the Order Management Team to reach the highest levels of service.  Will also be required to generate, read, and react to certain sales reports related to Order Management and/or Special Projects, and then document and communicate the sales process or decision.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSales Operations Process Support Supervise order book tasks, as well as launch activities, performing high level Excel and SAP tasks. Assist with the definition, documentation and training of sales processes and special projects.Create, read, interpret and manipulate advanced Excel spreadsheets.Develop and manage Order Management metrics for phone calls and emails.Understand the Custom Club process and order entry requirements, and assist with the coordination between Order Management and the Custom Club team to keep knowledge and application in SAP accurate and efficient.Demonstrate strong communication skills – both verbal and written -  in order to clearly define / adhere to guidelines or processes related to certain Order Management / Special Project functionsProblem solve  - be able to assist with the resolve of issues pertaining to Sales processes.Reporting Create reports using Business Objects and utilize Power BI to manage order book and identify opportunities to address. Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports supporting Sales Operations / Order Management

General / Leadership Provide leadership and direction to the Order Management team, and clearly understand and communicate company priorities.Provide continual feedback, development and training opportunities to the Order Management team,  including implementing and documenting training programs, and growth plans.Hire, train, appraise, develop and motivate subordinate employees in a manner that assures the proper skills, quality and quantity of personnel to support the direction of the department. Coordinate schedules to support phone and email coverage, and manage timesheets and PTO requests for the Order Management team.

Authority to ActAdhere to Callaway Golf policiesHas the authority to change / enter orders and approve certain no charge requests as long as the request falls within acceptable business policy.Can implement solutions / processes to resolve order / project issues and carry them out as long as the business rules surrounding the order / project are upheld. Authority to hire for approved position / terminate / discipline / recommend salary levels.
