Sales Operations Support (6 month contract)

This analytically driven role is dedicated to uncovering key business insights and creating compelling narratives while building strong relationships. Positioned within a central team, this role closely supports the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Commercial Leadership Team (LT).

Job Summary

The Sales Operations specialist supports the sales team by conducting research, analysing data and overseeing various programmes and processes to ensure Colt reaches its sales targets.

Job Description

Typical tasks and responsibilities include:

Conducting data management and analysis, providing the Sales team with insights to improve performance by analysing trends and customer behaviour. Utilise insights drawn from data to build and improve tools and processes, for example creating reports and dashboards that provide key metrics. Regularly reviewing processes to ensure operational efficiency. Create sales reports and insights for a broad range of audiences (Sales team, Senior Colt Leadership), ensuring the right people have access to the right data when they need it. Working with Core Sales and Sales Solutions colleagues to ensure they understand how to best use tools, practices and processes to hit their specific goals.
