Role SummaryTo be the first line of support in rendering quality assistance to each sales person that will enable them to book business with Sophos.  Sales Operation Tier 1 Support will be the liaison between internal department to fix issue, coordinate request and disseminate information among Sophos employee not limited to Sales, IT, Finance, Order Processing, Support, Pricing Operations, Marketing and Regional Sales Operations. This incumbent will report to the Sales Operations Team Leader– Manila and dotted line to Sales Operations Manager. What You Will DoEnsuring that all tickets are being handled on a timely manner. Includes, but is not limited to:o   Quoting assistance and margin change requesto   Deal Registration o   Incumbencyo   Account and opportunity territory alignmentso   Providing individual quote support to repso   Providing basic CRM training to repsEasily identify and prioritize tickets according to the business needs.Evaluate information collected from multiple resources, resolve conflicts and render high level of support.Easily adapt to a very fast paced environment and ability multitask.Proactively taking part in all Global ProjectsData Integrity, quality, validity and cleansingo   Analyze and clean CRM data by understanding Sophos business o   Assist with data cleansing from company acquisitionso   Research and investigate data irregularities/anomaliesMaintain requests according to the departments practices with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilitiesAssist the manager with projects, as needed and perform other duties as assignedWhat You Will BringMinimum of 2 years of Sales Operations, Contracts Management, Quoting and Deal Registration experience in a Distri/IT Software Company.Knowledgeable with CRM and Sales Forecasting SystemsProven experience of managing Channel Partners in a Technology EnvironmentKnowledgeable with Microsoft Excel, reporting and dashboardA strong Team Player Must have good communications skillsAttends to Meetings in different time zones if neededMust maintain confidentiality at all timesWilling to work AMERICAS hours 9PM-6AM#LI-Hybrid#JE#B1
