Role

As a Sales ops Analyst, you'll report to Lead-Sales Operations and will be a part of EMBU

A purpose driven role for you

This role provides analytical support and insights through the interpretation of key sales data & trends. This role is also an interface for dealer support & solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind set, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

A Day in the life

Drive actions for Dealer Support and Engagement through -
Sales related support & communication
Analyse Sales related data & drive efficiency up solutions in field to support in sales enhancement
Develop & drive exchange & retail finance related enablers & business trackers
Sales bridge with other departments to coordinate for any concern resolution, smooth running of FAME process, Call centre coordination, localized media plan finalization etc
Run point with external partners for continuity of smooth sales ops & find improvement opportunities through innovations (Airtel, Advantage club, Emagen etc)
Ensuring efficient dealer claim management through close coordination with Finance to support dealer fund management

Academic Qualification & Experience

BBA or above
Min 5 years in auto industry, with exposure to Field and Planning
 

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Understanding of Auto sales & business, strong MS Excel & analytical skills

Behavioural Skills

Negotiation skills, Problem resolution, Communication skills & interpersonal skills
