Sales Ops Business Partner Specialist

As part of the Regional Strategy & Operations team, the PES Operations Business Partner is a critical business partner to Regional CPO.

The PES Ops. Business Partner will oversee End-To-End Partner Ecosystem Success unit to drive Rhythm of Business, Go-To-Market, Partner Performance, Demand Management, Insights and Partner Adoption/Consumption & Renewal metrics.

 

A seasoned and experienced PES Ops. Business Partner will drive consistency, automation, and simplicity into the PES Ops. to translate into our business goals, financial objectives, strategic imperatives, and field/organizational requirements.

  Responsibilities

 

Manages overall rhythm of business (Cadences – FC/DM/CVJ, agenda, templates, data/insights) Supports all GTM related initiatives e.g. Partner Driven Territory (processes, reporting) Partner performance (including GSSP) evaluation – prep before Partner QBRs Demand management (PSO tracking, Partner business planning status, Partner lead routing process), etc. Manage all insights/reporting relating to partner-led projects adoption status/risks, partner readiness index (competency and capacity) Deployed ACV Forecast insights (Indirect) support - collaboration with Naz and PSE team to ensure GL status are updated to support dACV forecasting. Supports Monthly cadences with PDMs to review implementation/adoption risks (P2S, TGL)

 

Experience

 

Leadership: Proven experience managing complex businesses and functions with a structured set of initiatives and programs – with multiple work streams and project teams spanning across the globe. Multiplier by nature, fostering a high leadership trust score and employee engagement score. Transformation: Experience translating transformations and strategy into execution & measurable business success. Business performance: ability to facilitate and / or directly deliver pipeline growth; track and provide performance insights that secure revenue attainment. Experience in driving results through a multi-faceted, out-of-quarter and multi-year landscape. Accountability & Cross-Cultural Experience: Able to successfully collaborate across cultures and has managed and mobilized multi-country teams. Business Management: Deep competency in multi-year business planning, business case development & operational excellence.

Language: Fluency in English, any other language an asset.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent accreditation required; Master’s Degree or MBA Preferred
