McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Sales Ops Intern at McCormick FONA located at 1900 Averill Road, Geneva, IL. This is a 10-week internship (June 2 - August 8, 2025) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
Support effective and efficient use of salesforce.com across the North American Flavor Group including training, data accuracy & analytics for reporting and dashboardingAssist with implementing and optimizing processes which increase customer face time for the sales team across McCormick’s North American Flavor Group
Support Sales Operations processes for customer agreements across McCormick’s North American Flavor Group including, but not limited to NDA’s, MSA’s, Code of Conduct, and Sustainability.
Lead the tracking, review and communication of salesforce.com opportunity projects with errors and opportunity projects that have not been reviewed in over 90 days across McCormick’s North American Flavor Group.
Complete Business Reviews leveraging Power BI tools, salesforce.com and cross functional partners for our Business Development Sales Team as requested.
Qualifications
Current enrollment as an undergraduate college Junior or Senior in a relevant academic program Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, self-starter who is a forward-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic Effective written and verbal communications skills that are clear and concise
