The Opportunity

Working independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision. This position requires developing rapport with customers, field sales/clinical personnel, and other key internal stakeholders via verbal and written communication. Support a continuous improvement environment for department processes including order processing and invoicing transactions, returns processing, backorder processing, credit requests, and new product launches. May be assigned to assist on projects within the Customer Service department. This job requires familiarity with most of the department work processes, being highly knowledgeable regarding products, systems, and services.

What You’ll Work On

May demonstrate basic project management skills by acting as a project lead on small, well defined projects.Provides inventory support for products and services accurately, expeditiously, and under special circumstances.Create and maintain PPR (Product Partner Range) records ensuring approved shipments to end-users.Guarantee integrity of database, including frequent monitoring of open orders, open deliveries, blocked revenue, etc.Approval of Security Requests and Periodical Access review.Performs data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements and workflow changes.Material Master maintenance, including creation of new materials, sub-extension of existing materials, follow-up on data maintenance of other departments (WM, planning, sales organization, quality, … views).Participates on cross-functional teams, representing Customer Service & Sales Ops, where judgement and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of the business systems, Supply Chain and Customer Service processes, considering divisional business requirements, financial reporting objectives and corporate ERP strategies.Be the point of contact for master data, manage the on-time completion of master data and communicate with all relevant stakeholders to meet deadlines.Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule.May create and analyze ad hoc reports as requested by the business unit.May perform specialty transactions which are more complex in nature and may require expanded and creative solutions not in line with normal processing.Keep current on all products offered by the company. Monitor, understand, and implement changes in regulatory requirements or CS processes.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrate organizational & analytical skills, initiative, and attentiveness to detail.Ability to work under general supervision while handling multiple projects simultaneously and provide management status updates.Demonstrate interpersonal & communication skills, including the ability to listen, resolve problems, handle unresolved issues, delays, and unexpected events, while effectively communicating and maintaining rapport with sales representatives, customers, and other key stakeholders.Demonstrate keyboard and personal computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word or equivalent applications required).Profound knowledge of ERP systems (SAP & EDI is an asset).Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Minimum of 4 or more years of demonstrated experience in a customer service or closely related environment.Experience with lean tools and methodology a plus.

The base pay for this position is $52,000.00 – $104,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
