As Sales Order Management Team Lead within our Order to Cash team, you’ll supervise a team that delivers the best service for sales order management to internal customers ensuring a positive customer experience

Main responsibilitiesResponsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERPResponsible for Customer orders administration from order taking to invoicing managing by exception on the agreed timelinesResponsible for organizing local and hub interaction for the related processes to ensure flawless execution, especially on the aspects of impacted customer stock management with Customer Fulfillment representativesMonitor operational KPI’s and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelinesIn coordination with the Sales Order Manager and when necessary, with the local stakeholders and customer fulfillment local representatives, elaborate remediation action planEnsure continuous improvement of the order management process

Supervise, coach Sales Order Analysts

Share expertise and provide coachingAnticipate workload and allocate resources for effective and efficient deliveryEmployee lifecycle management (recruit, evaluate, develop, reward, retain team)Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actionsShape and promote a culture of collaboration, trust, and teamwork, throughout the team through leadership and effective communicationFocusing on employee retention and engagement, advise actions to management in this relationCreate and regularly update job description of direct reports

Continuous Improvement

Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activitiesParticipate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transitionParticipate in regional/global projects as required

Trainings

Ensure onboarding of new hires and related trainings are organizedDetermine the training need of direct reports, provide the professional trainings of them according to the procedures and work instructions by collaborating with Requests and Disputes Manager

About you


Experience

At least 3-5 Years’s experience in Customer service, Order Management, Order to Cash contract & commercial conditions management or similar preferably in PharmaAt least 2 years’ experience as a team leadUnderstand commercial policies, pricing, rebates, on-off invoices, returns and claims policies (essential)Analyzing data to improve processes and performanceStrong problem solving and analytical skillsHandling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficientlyEnsuring accuracy in order processing and documentationExperience in running services within a Business Services organizationExperience in in transition projectGood business acumenExperience in transition project

Soft and technical skills

Clear and effective communication to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilitiesQuickly addressing and resolving any issues that arise in the order management processAbility to interact with customers in a professional manner (essential)Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset (essential)Attentive to customer needs and feedback (essential)Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivatedBeing flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and prioritiesHands-on experience of SAP (essential) in S4 Hana preferably, SD module (advantageous)Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel (essential)
