Responsibilities

 

Position Summary

Picking sales orders by accurately identifying and pulling materials and delivering them to the requested destination.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Picks parts of various size, shape, and weight according to sales ordersPlaces parts carefully in kits to avoid damage.Delivers part orders to the requested packaging area.Meets expectations for number and accuracy of sales orders picked.May be required to use material handling equipment forklift, stand-up forklift, Big Joe, following all safety rules.Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Reads and maintains information in the inventory system, ensuring accurate records.Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures. Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience operating forklift equipment a plusExperience with inventory a plus Good computer skillsGood verbal communication skillsAbility to read and write English and use basic math.Good organization skillsGood time management skillsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented
